School Day
The school day for Years 1 and 2 is as follows. 
Curriculum
The children all receive a broad and balanced curriculum.
Uniform
Year 1 and 2 boys are required to wear the full school uniform, which includes blazers and ties.
Homework
School policy is that homework is set to a structured homework timetable.
Assessment Regular assessments are carried out to help inform the teacher of progress, and monitor strengths and weaknesses.
Reporting to Parents We have a range of strategies that keep parents fully informed of their child’s progress in school.
Outings and Trips Educational outings are seen as an important part of school life and are actively encouraged.
Transfer into Year 3 By the time the boys leave the Pre-Prep Department they should be equipped with the knowledge, skills and awareness that enables them to progress to the Prep School with confidence and enthusiasm.
