Join us, Annie Thackray and Catherine Hitchcock for a thought provoking evening of discussion lead by Helen Lowe, experienced headteacher, education consultant and ISI Reporting Inspector.

Wednesday 22nd November at Donhead Preparatory School.

The evening will start with drinks and nibbles at 6:30pm, with discussions commencing at 7pm.

Catherine Hitchcock

Catherine is currently Deputy Head at Finton House, a coeducational 4-11 prep school in Wandsworth and will resume the headship at Donhead in January 2024. She has held numerous leadership positions in a range of London schools and sits on the Local Governing Body of Surbiton High School as the nominated EYFS Governor.

Annie Thackray

Annie is currently Head at Donhead Prep School. She was Head of St Christopher’s, a coeducational school in Epsom for 12 years which was voted Independent School of the year 2020. She successfully developed a PreSchool for boys and girls at The Fulham School during her tenure there and is a Governor at Finton House School.

Helen Lowe

Helen is an experienced Head. She notably spent 9 years leading Bute House School, a 4-11 girls’ school in Hammersmith. She is an educational consultant for St Paul’s girls’ international school in China and is currently working with Kings House School in Richmond on their coeducational development. Helen is a Reporting Inspector for the Independent School Inspectorate (ISI). She sits on the board of Governors at The Study Prep School Wimbledon, Putney High and Shrewsbury House.
