A variety of activities take place and a full list of clubs are published each term and are booked via the parent portal. Children attending clubs are to be collected at 5.00pm at the end of the session, unless otherwise advised.
AFTER SCHOOL CARE BOOKING FORM
The After School Club runs from 4.00 to 5.55pm, Monday to Thursday. Pupils are kept occupied with various games and activities, and given a light snack.
Booking Fee
The booking fee is £8:00 per hourly session.
- Session 1 is 4.00–5.00pm
- Session 2 is 5.00-5.55pm.
You can collect your child at any time, however you will be charged for each session or part-session attended.
All sessions booked (both permanent and occasional places) will be invoiced at the end of term.
Permanent Place Bookings
Permanent places can be booked, via the parent portal, for the term on a particular day or days.
Please completed and returned the After School Care Booking Form to the School Office.
If your child is not going to attend for any reason, please inform the School Office or Mrs Megarry after 4pm on the mobile contact number.
Occasional/Emergency Place Bookings
There are spaces available each day which can be booked via the portal before 12pm on the day. Please note that places are allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. If an emergency place is required, please call the School Office.
Late/Early collection
If you are running late or need to collect your son early, please text or call the mobile contact number as soon as you can on the day.
ASC Information Form
Please complete an information form for your child if you have registered for a place or if you think it likely that you may use an occasional session. This is vital to ensure medical and allergies are known by the After School Care team.
Pre-Prep children will be collected by the After School Team so please indicate on the form from which location and at what time they should be collected.
